Excellent product. So far I have bought 8 for my family members but unfortunately mine didn't work properly. I had to make sure they checked them out. The switch didn't work properly for me. I had to open the device, remove the batteries and put them back in. It didn't work properly until I smeared Vaseline on the contact points, to make it work properly. In fact, I prefer a device that has the stylus completely removed. That way, the villains will have a hard time switching off. I will suggest to my family if needed that they use a device to pull out a pin and yell to make it fall away from you so it's easier to grab and take out. The device is easy to replace, family or friend is not easy.
