Extra Large. The Hanes sizing chart says size XL fits a 32-34" waist, but when I measured the belt is actually 42" wide and fits a 42-44" waist. There is no lace , just a 2" wide elastic band. Thigh measures 52", inseam 30", outseam 40". Ankle has loose elastic allowing for a 13" opening. Heathered navy color is gorgeous, like faded denim. Fabric between fine and medium weight. , da but the measurements vary wildly from the chart I can only give 2 stars.I bought these expecting a generally comfortable fit but found the waist was 10" wider. So big they don't even fit my hips. ***Update*** I ordered medium and they measure (before washing) 35 inches at the waist and 45 inches at the hips.-day". It's interesting to note that reviewers at W-Mart reported the same size mismatch issue, so it's not an isolated supply issue at Revain. I expect some shrinkage after washing and will update later if it's worth it Tip: if you order, order DOWN at least 1 size. Shrinkage. After wearing them for a few months I noticed that they hold up to use and washing quite well. They have a little "peeling" but it's not too bad. I've upgraded to 3 stars for comfort, price, and durability. They are "normal" for sweatpants. Note: I never wear them outside the house.
