I don't really believe most of the claims made about this mask. I think you train smart and hard. Limiting oxygen uptake is not the best way to get the best results under normal conditions. After all that, let me tell you why I bought this and why I rated it so highly. i am a fireman I work in conditions with limited oxygen access. Masks with respirators cost over $700 and I don't want to replace any of them when I'm training alone. Wearing this mask at an altitude of 9000 meters is very similar to wearing it in the air. You can achieve the same mental aspects you need to quit smoking and tell yourself to keep moving or die. Set up your own intake courses and feel like you're in beginner's school with this mask.
