I wanted headphones to sleep in. I didn't want to hear music through the speaker because I didn't want to wake my wife. I tried a very cheap headband that got good reviews but it was total crap - uncomfortable, poor design, battery lasted 2.5 hours, beeping and waking. I've been watching SleepPhones sales, but I doubt they'll continue. Sale in the near future. So I got them based on the design. The sound quality is good, definitely not great. But for how small the speakers are and how you can adjust speaker placement right above your ears, it really isn't that bad. Comfort is good, not great. To put the speakers directly on my ears, I have to put on a blindfold, which I don't like. I usually take it off in the middle of the night because the ear I sleep in starts to hurt (I sleep on my side, back sleepers probably have to worry about the battery on the back of the headband). I think they're over. for the price of what you get because of the app they also develop. But in my opinion the application is not very good. So I stopped using it because there is no need. Instead, I listen to audio books and podcasts that help me sleep at night.
