Broke within a week but was replaced!

This watch broke after a week of wearing. The hairpin in the strap holding the strap to the face fell out and onto the sidewalk and I couldn't find it because it's tiny. I have no way of attaching the strap. I'm angry because I really liked the watch. :(Update: They kindly sent me a replacement watch and so far it hasn't broken! I hope the first one was an accident. Overall I really like the watch.
