Just a few weeks, but I wanted to share my thoughts. First about the bad. I am almost sending the machine back because after the first use the instructions for use proved to be ineffective, ie the machine could not draw water for some reason. I gave it a minute and tried again not to break it. Just when I was about to give up, I decided to follow the hot water directions, where you press the brew button but open the valve to direct hot water through the nozzle into the cup. This finally helped and the water really started to soak in. My best guess? Maybe air or something. Now for the good. This machine delivers flawless double espresso with perfect crema and temperature. The nozzle is very easy to use and delivers the perfect froth and temperature that not all entry-level machines can. Make no mistake, this is an entry-level machine and can be considered a great product. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the initial fear with the water.
