They didn't have the 7ft when I ordered so I got the 6ft as I prefer it to be smaller and narrower than the larger. It fits perfectly on a 7 foot table. I ordered another one for a 6 foot table. Both fit great. Can use a 6ft lid on a 7ft table. It's tight and you have to stretch it towards your legs with some patience, but it stretches. You can always put a cover under the 2 front legs and leave the 2 back legs if needed. So you have a clear view from the front, nobody sees the back of the table anyway. Definitely a good buy. Cleaning consists of washing and hanging drying. I know from experience that a stretch fabric, for example, loses its elasticity over time when dried in a tumble dryer.
