We used these for our snow trips this winter. My 5 year old LOVED these. He even wants to wear them for day to day non snow use. He loves the fuzzy fur inside. Taking away one star because I did notice his feet were wet after long hours of snow play and sledding. They aren’t very snug in the ankle so make sure snow pants cover the tops completely. They slipped off a few times during sledding in deeper snow. The tightening mechanism is Velcro and elastic type strings that feel like they may break if you pull too hard.
