*UPDATE 4/20/2021* I received a new order and just tinted my eyebrows but for some reason the consistency wasn't the same and it was green. Very green. And caused some irritation in the eyebrow area. I don't know what's changed about the formula, but it's definitely not what it used to be, although everything looks the same and I haven't done anything differently. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this eyebrow tint. *UPDATE 02/20/2021* I have been using this product for a few months now. It took me some time to learn how to apply it for the look I wanted (transition to a solid brown). I also learned to use a whole capsule when tinting my eyebrows. This product has lasted me for so long - way cheaper than tinting my brows and then a tiktok craze about Maybelline's 'eyebrow tattoos' (that was expensive too). I leave the product on longer than stated to get the full colour/effect I want. I suggest using some oil/petroleum jelly to ensure you have a clean application. I also use my own fine angled tipped brush to apply this and spooly/qtip to get the desired results. This product has gone up a few dollars since my last purchase, but it's still 100% worth it. So first let me say that this is black henna dye. The description does not state, but the instructions show that it is black henna. I strongly recommend that you do a patch test first (as suggested in the guide). Many people are severely allergic to black henna, which can cause scarring. I've now done a patch test to make sure it doesn't irritate my skin or cause any bad reactions. I was fine, so I colored my eyebrows with it first. It burned and tingled a bit and I only left it on for as little time as possible to be safe. This product did a great job coloring my light brown brows. I think I'll leave it a little longer next time. The longer you leave it on, the darker your eyebrows will become. Try to apply it gently as it stains the skin a bit. My eyebrows are thinner, so I can't avoid coloring on my skin. But that's the next day, and there are still no problems with a bad reaction. My eyebrows look great! They still look natural but are not as scarce and poor as they used to be. I used to tint my brows before the crown but now that I have this little kit I will definitely never pay anyone to do it. Please be careful and test the patch first.
