Pros: Great focus and pump combined with no supplements. Gives you good endurance for a hard workout. I've been on a strength building program and have done very well with this pre-workout. I felt like I could keep going and I had a great pump afterwards. Cons: After a few hours I felt very lethargic and a bit depressed. My drive didn't really exist until I had it again. It almost feels like my feelings don't matter. Overall it wasn't bad, but the consequences weren't worth it to me. I've had a lot of pre-workouts over the years and never had that weird feeling afterwards. I could try again to see if it would have the same effect, but I'm skeptical.
