The ability to schedule emails at regular intervals is great, as well having checklists of things that need attention in order! I wish it would let me attach documents directly from Dropbox so there was not always an extra step required before attaching them into my email message.- Scheduling can be frustrating if one's time zone isn't aligned with others' work hours- Attaching files could use some improvements (if they're going out anyway)- Sometimes when adding attachments via dropbox link an alert pops up asking what action should we take. This happens sometimes but doesn’t happen very often & easily fixed by just clicking cancel or ok button after viewing file contents - Easy setup process, easy integration with Gmail account/address book without any additional software needed which made this option much more appealing than many other options available such as Outlook addin etc.
