I love this company's products, their 500 series which I bought from GameStop 3 years ago. I still use them, albeit less often as they are outdated for my newer devices. However, this model sucks noodles. About a few months after I received this, a tear appeared in the left earcup attachment to the headband. It finally ripped a few weeks ago and it didn't even take a week for the other side to rip! Don't get me wrong, the sound quality is impressive, as is the comfort, but I really wish this thing was more durable. I only had it for 6 months before it became garbage. And for the price it's not worth it. I will always love Plantronics but this was a very disappointing end to the time spent with me.
