I'm 5'5" tall and weigh 140 lbs. I usually go the medium size but after reading other reviews I bought 3 Packs of the large size They fit perfectly I am obsessed with this underwear It is comfortable and looks better than my regular underwear I hate pads but with my endometriosis it became too painful Use more tampons or my cup This is the perfect substitute.My discharge can be quite heavy for about 2 days then average for another 4-5.I have 3 pairs of boyish shorts and 3 bikini style one wash load mid week is enough to last a week To survive.Care is simple: rinse or soak immediately after use, then toss in the washer with everything else.Just pop them on the dryer when I re st of my clothes inside. and order one size larger than expected. Also, I personally usually wear bikini underwear, but I'm sorry I didn't buy 6 of these shorts, and not half/half. They're just more comfortable and give a little more security when used at night.
