Good. I've bought 3 of these so far. The first was great. 28 inches and lasted 2 months before bursting. Now let me say this ball is being used by an 8 year old autistic bulldozer weighing 120 pounds. Several hours every day. I was upset that it burst but glad it took so long. So I bought a second one. It leaks and needs to be pumped several times a day. So I bought a third one. The box says 28 inches, but it's clearly not 18-20 inches. Yes, I've let it rest and tried pumping it up more, but it will definitely burst if I do that. It's too small for my grandson but he doesn't seem to mind. So you got it. Unstable quality, but ok for the price.
