It's not shiny
Sizes are difficult to measure as they are based on age, not US size. My daughter is 7 years old but wears dress size 8-10 so I ordered 9-10 years. When the product arrived it is listed as a 4xl. It suits her, so I have a good guess. I should have noticed that it was also made in China, but that was my fault. The biggest disappointment is that it is not as shiny as in the picture. It's a cute swimsuit, just not what we expected.
