Surprisingly well done!

I assumed it would need a better quality chain like most pendants, but the one that comes with it is solid! The pendant has weight, so we can say that it is of good quality. My only complaint is that the ash doesn't flow well through the funnel. It was a bit of a shame sorting through my grandmother's ashes and then struggling to fit them into the trailer.
