Filling the bottle takes a little effort, but it's worth it. My favorite foundation doesn't come with a dispenser, so it either soaks a makeup sponge or drips all over the sink. With an airless pump, I can cleanly dispense what I need without exposing the product to air every time I open it. My tip for filling the bottle is to use a disposable plastic piping bag (or sandwich bag). Fill the pouch with your product and squeeze it into the jar from the top or cut off the bottom corner. Cover the open end and use a flat spatula or knife to scrape the remaining product in the bag towards the end, finishing filling the container. The airless pump ensures you get every drop and works well with lotions too.
