Trying to sleep comfortably during pregnancy has been a real challenge so far! I've tried the C-shaped pillow (didn't work), the J-shaped pillow (best so far) and was happy to try a new option that's a little less bulky but still keeps me on my side, in the very safe sleeping position. I was a little disappointed when I took the pillow out of the packaging. As you can see, the pillows were not placed in their covers before shipping. There was also loose pillow fluff and dangling threads which looked like a quality control issue. Pillows easily tuck into covers, but with all other pregnancy pillows I've bought, the pillow is already covered. Maybe to hide the processing issues I noticed. There are two covers, one for each pillow, which are attached to each other with a piece of fabric in the middle and fastened with velcro. This way you can adjust the spacing to be wide or narrow depending on how your body changes during pregnancy. Was there an extra pillow that I didn't quite understand the meaning of? I thought it might fit between the knees, but it was really too small and soft for that. As far as the actual function goes, I personally didn't find it particularly good. The pillows don't have enough volume/height to feel comfortably supported/secured on my side. I tend to switch sides at night and I thought that this type of pillow might make it easier to turn over without disturbing my husband's sleep, but having to switch between pillows meant it was still quite a process. If you are a natural side sleeper this might work as it gives some support to your stomach and back but for me as a natural stomach sleeper I didn't feel comfortable or supported and woke up. in a few hours to get my previous pillow. If you're interested in trying a pillow like this, this one seems to be as good as any, but it didn't work for me. But for me, as a natural stomach sleeper, I didn't feel comfortable or supportive and I woke up just a few hours later to get my previous pillow. If you are interested To try such a pillow, this option seems as good as any, but it did not suit me.
