I acted in a feature film where I had to wear a summer tank top in freezing winter weather with 20 degrees and freezing weather in 70 degrees. In desperation, I taped some of these sticky pads directly to my skin as well as to the inside of a thin white office-collared shirt (torn) that I wear over a tank top. It didn't show that I was wearing heating pads, and I actually survived my male colleagues, who complained about the cold before me. (Hahaha, these guys never get cold!) *** These wonderful little heating pads REALLY WORK! However, use it with caution. I didn't get burns from the ones stuck to my skin, but it could happen, I understand. Works best when you put a thin layer between you and the heating pads. Yes, and some heaters worked up to 15-18 hours.
