The support team is super friendly! There's always someone at their desk to help you out if there are any issues with your account or website/domain setup - just ask them for assistance directly via email instead of going through an agent first since they know what it takes to get things set up right-on!! I had no problems when setting my site up using cyber ax as well so that was great too! They have excellent customer service which has been very helpful in getting me started online after having spent years offline before this point. It definitely helped us save time by not needing to do all our own research into how we could make ourselves look professional enough online without spending thousands (or tens) upon hundreds of dollars every year doing business like this.
