It's basically a little personal mister and not worth the price. When I bought this item I thought if it wasn't a great cooling device I could at least use it as a humidifier but the cold water tank is so small that it can only work at the lowest level within 4 hours and at the highest level within from 4 hours. one hour before leaving the tank. If the tank was twice the size or the item was half the price I would consider keeping it, but it's basically an overpriced humidifier and I can get a much bigger one for a lot less.
