Review on HiRui Compression Support for Weightlifting, Tendonitis Relief, and More by Steve Hardy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Also suitable for musicians

I don't usually write reviews. But as a multi-instrumentalist with carpal tunnel syndrome, I wanted to share my experience. I think they are GREAT! First, my CTS is not triggered by playing any instruments. Initially, it was an acute injury while repairing a car with an attempt to knock out wheel bearings. I think it crushed my median nerve. I've always been working on my posture and the instrument I play, and I usually put the guitar and bass higher on the strap. It's really convenient. While not a rigid locking piece, they keep your wrist stable and secure. If you're a shredder, tap dancer and whatnot, you might need to stoop a little on the guitar. It doesn't affect the palmar damper like a clamp does. You look great too. Despite the previous negative reviews, I don't find that the velcro is difficult to untie, nor is there an odor. I will be ordering a second pair because I will be using one pair for music and the other for everyday use and sleep. use.

Pros
  • ►HIGH-QUALITY MATERIAL. Durable neoprene blend materials for added support, cozy warmth, breathability and sweat protection, comfortable and easy to wear. The wrist brace can reduce excessive movement during exercise, which improves wrist flexibility.
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
