Zipper issues and shipping delays
I received the item in January and ordered it in mid-November. so it took an incredibly long time. We kept it but were disappointed with the quality, the zipper keeps tearing when opening and closing and the material is flimsy. The straps were nice and soft and my 5 year old likes wearing them to school so we'll work that out but overall it took too long and the quality is less than we hoped.
