I bought this for my surface book and so far so good. Watch the video with installation tips. I had to lift and attach parts to get rid of all the bubbles. Responsiveness doesn't seem to be affected at all. It should be noted that the first time I tried to apply this while cleaning the screen, I accidentally pressed against it with my other hand and broke the damn thing. The seller sent a replacement free of charge after 3 days. That says a lot about the people you heard it from!
