I give this product 3 stars because it really works but can be finicky at times. Once I can pair it with my Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones, it never remembers and always has to connect in pairing mode. I seem to have found a trick that works well for me. I put the USB stick in the top slot (or the right slot if it's not vertical) before turning on the PS4. Once in the main menu, I put the key in pairing mode. Then, with the headphones completely off, turn on the headphones and enter pairing mode. For me it never connects on the first try. But when I remove the dongle and put it in the bottom slot (or the left slot), I leave the headphones powered on and in pairing mode. It will connect fairly quickly, probably 95% of the time. Sometimes I have to repeat the loop a few times until it finally connects. It's a little annoying at times when you're trying to get up and running quickly but get the job done and saved me a few hundred bucks or so on a decent gaming headset.
