Fits great but runs small.
I have an 8 pound mini poodle mix and the medium one fits like a glove. It looks great and she seems very comfortable in it. Good for a little extra warmth when it's not really time for a sweater. I love it so much I bought another one. I would highly recommend it to everyone I know. But they run small, so get one size bigger.
