The most helpful tool I use for catalog sales support/communication between staff members as well has being able t provide me reports via email or an excel spreadsheet if needed when working offsite (even though it's web-based).
It can be slow at times but once its online everything seems fine again! Nothing really comes up so far about this software - we've used several other solutions over time such us Adobe InDesign CC etc.,but what i like best here was how easy they made things using their own "Catalogforce" platform instead just having some sorta generic CRM system which didn't feel very personal anymore compared tho all those older ones out there where doing exactly same thing anyway :P.
