Not to mention real comfort, only quality. When I first opened the package, I noticed that one side of the mattress was more compressed than the other. A long side expanded to a full 3 inches in a matter of hours. The other, more compressed side only expanded to 2 inches. In the middle where the mattress was folded is a huge lump. I tried removing the lid to give it more room to expand. It seemed to help a little, but not much. I think it's the packaging. Instead of folding the mattress, I think it needs to be rolled up evenly. I'll wait the recommended 24 hours to see if it helps.
