When it comes to shopping for bags online, my biggest concern is whether the zippers are strong. Many times I've bought a bag online only to find the zipper is slightly chipped or cheaply made. This is not the case here. I admit I carry *too* much. I'm basically a pack mule when it comes to getting from one place to another. So if the bag can withstand all the torture I've put it through, then it's good. I also tend to get my bags dirty on a regular basis because I'm so strict about things! It's not scratched yet and I've been using it for two months now. The only downside is how thin the straps are - probably a matter of personal preference, but they feel like they're digging into my shoulders if I'm adding too much, like a laptop, wallet, and planner.
