One of the four toner cartridges I bought did not work when installed in the printer. Immediately after installation, the error message "Cartridge error, replace with black toner" appeared. Searched on Google. Help not found. Examine the cartridge for any obvious signs of damage or broken parts. Haven't found anything. I have reinstalled the cartridge several times. Reset printer settings. Examined the inside of the printer. No dirt or debris found. The error was repeated after each attempt to find the cause of the problem. Luckily we bought four cartridges. Tried a different cartridge and the error message was gone. I checked the two remaining cartridges, neither of them gave an error message. I need instructions on how to return a cartridge. With the right toner cartridge, the printer works great! The fonts are bold, clear and easy to read.
