Functionally, these picks work perfectly. There were no problems with leaks, even at night. They're also very soft, but can get "crunchy" in places with powdered milk. Although this is usually not a problem. My main complaint is about her bulk. They are quite thin but big circles and don't fit your chest. I've tried using these nursing tank tops to add some structure to the top, but they create an obviously lumpy shape under the shirt, making them unsuitable for going out in public. Even if you wear them under a t-shirt with a fairly thin bra you can still see the bumps because they don't lay flat. I will continue to use them, but probably only under thick shirts or in bed.
