Excellent backpack, exceeded all my expectations. It looks damn good - I get compliments from everyone who sees it because it's so elegant. The shoulder straps are sewn really well, so it is very comfortable to wear. I'd say it forces me to pack light - if my laptop is in there I can fit a water bottle and a few other items, but it's not a bag if you want to carry your sneakers, laptop and accessories. , gym wear, etc. My only criticism of the design is that I wish the larger external pocket (not the laptop pocket) had a zip that opens it a little wider on the sides. As it is now, it's a very deep and fairly narrow opening at the top, so it's a little hard to see what's inside. I ended up just using this case for my wallet and the keychain that came with it (love that feature). Then I keep my phone in the outermost pocket (accessible from the side) and everything else in the main compartment. I bought this based on reviews and photos so wanted to make sure I wrote the review and photo myself!
