Update 1/6/21: We received the replacement this afternoon. Although the original replacement was sent to the wrong address, we eventually received it. This replacement is brand new, even has the storage bag it comes in which the original didn't have. We will update again as soon as we can properly use it with an unborn child. I'm currently rating this 1 star because when we received it (tonight) the box had parts cut off and then when we opened it was covered in pet hair. It was clearly used. The bars have scuffs and the moving part is either worn out or the material has thinned. Something stuck to the wheels (not pictured). I have already ordered a replacement and will update my review as soon as we receive it and depending on its condition.
