Review on Wahl Groomsman Model 9906-717: Battery Operated Beard Trimming Kit for Precise Facial Hair Grooming, Mustache Trimming, and Body Detailing by Mac Owen

Why did they make it so loud and over the top? It works like a model airplane motor or a power tool. Sure it cuts great (so I'm giving it 2 stars) but after using this thing I was stressed (around my head and body). I had to replace an old, very good, smooth running unit that eventually broke down and I was too lazy to go back to the bathroom and check the brand. This one looked similar so I figured why not, recognizable brand. When I received this I immediately checked and it was Panasonic, so I immediately ordered a similar model. Talk about quiet, smooth operation, perfect for bathroom use. Also, this Val has all those little jets that you need to keep an eye on. The similar Panasonic has a retractable head that stays attached. Sorry Val, but for anyone looking at this device, well if you're not using it in a workshop, you have my recommendation.
