Bought this watch for my mother's birthday. The clasp on this watch started failing a few months after receipt as it would not stay closed. Then one day, as she was walking across the parking lot, she broke free, the watch falling off her wrist and the glass shattering on the sidewalk. Now it is completely unusable and only 9 months have passed since purchase. I emailed Ann Klein directly asking about watch repairs under warranty and they didn't even bother to even answer me!
