Approx I usually buy branded tape to use on a) my trigger finger and b) my arthritic hand. Sometimes I pull the arm muscle over my head, so I use it for that as well. I thought I'd try this thing out. $25 for three rolls. They are pre-cut. They are synthetic, not cotton; Synthetic offers better grip. (However, I think polyester would be better than viscose, like this one.) They stick pretty well. Maybe better than my normal band. But the edges are very crumbly. It's really annoying. Because of this, I change the strips more often than my usual tape. Like every day. In addition, small honeycombs are NOT woven. You will be placed on it. In a way it starts. Bit by bit. It's basically a bit of fuzz added by the manufacturer and is basically useless. Therefore I would not recommend this film. Edit: added image. I had the tape on my arm for three hours. You can see where it's wearing off and also where the goo on the skin is melting. I don't know if you can see the honeycomb peeling off.
