Dissatisfied with the purchase! I bought my husband at the end of September for a hike in October. He used it once and it stopped working. I contacted the seller through the Revain website. I asked my question in the "Have a question for Home Fashion Center?" box. The system is just directing me to contact Revane. I couldn't contact the seller, which is useless! I contacted Revain through their online system. Apparently the return policy has "expired". The return window is one month. I think the duration of this return policy is a bit short, especially when the product is defective. Good companies honor their defective products and allow them to be exchanged or returned for a full refund. If this is not the case at retail then this should be clearly stated somewhere on the website. Most retailers I know will not rely on the warranty that comes with the item if the item was purchased within a month. Before you add this item to your cart: say thank you, this purchase isn't a warm blanket, it's a 50/50 chance purchase of a 'working product' or a 'loss of money' ticket purchase that you're committed to and others involved can sail around the world on the "Product / Defect and No Response” cruise ship.
