Review on Harris Beach by Joe Michels

We used them for employment agreements that were part of an M&A deal, but also other types such projects like exit interviews/terminations etc. They worked hard across multiple teams (legal & HR) throughout both deals - excellent service from start to finish! Nothing really came up which was not handled properly so far- I can't even remember any complaints about their services. But if there had been some then again they would have made sure it got resolved immediately anyway :) Highly recommend using this team for your legal work!! Employment Agreements during sale process where parties did not know eachother well enough yet. They are very professional and treat you like their own client. Very friendly and helpful. I have never been treated so well by another company that has helped me. Great people! Not much to dislike about them. If you want to be taken care of and not rushed through the process, this is the place for you! They do what they say they will do and always keep you informed. Their process is great and their prices are reasonable. We were able to get a loan modification done quickly without being pushed around.
