The updated rating is the best in my rating

September: I asked them to send a power cord, they sent a whole new screen and all. The original monitor powered on normally with a new GOOD AC power cord. Broken power cord reconfigured etc. August: Followed instructions, assembled screen, connected power... and nothing. We ordered over 30 of these for the employees' office and home office and a few didn't fit. I ordered one for my home office and nothing. I don't know if it's the power cord or the computer itself. But will be back.
