Our glass arrived today. My daughter wanted to try it immediately. I will say that I am pleasantly surprised at how rich the color of her dark brown hair was. It was easy to use. It didn't cause any allergic reaction or other problems. After it dried we were able to comb through her hair and it was very soft but before we brushed it was like using a strong hold gel/wax which was good to know. The directions on the bottle are a bit odd as they are clearly translated into English. The only issue I had was already pointed out in another review. It's not red, it doesn't even look red in the bottle. It's pink and it comes out pink. I think this will work for our purposes because my daughter's hair is so dark it makes the color a deep pink instead of a light pink. But if you're looking for a bold red, this isn't it. My son was hoping to use it after my daughter was done and changed his mind when he saw the color. But as long as it wears well and we don't have any other issues with it, I would buy this product again and recommend it. *** TO UPDATE! I had to use the whole can on my daughter's medium length hair and the styling made it impossible for me to wear gloves. This thing cracked my hands AND my upper lip where I put it when trying to untie the elastic with dirty hands. It's terribly difficult to use, doesn't comb at all and by the end of the night my daughter's hair was a dry mess. Did I mention pink dust is EVERYWHERE? Her black jacket and suit were covered by the end of the day. Wrong color to begin with. Terrible nasty stuff. Only used because it was too late to look for anything else. It doesn't look like the picture above - it doesn't fit and wear well. Yes, and it also does not wash off the skin and nails, despite my chapped hands, which I have washed several times, and I still have pink color in the grooves of the nail bed. save your money
