I bought the paper towel holder that comes with it so I'm keeping it because it works great but you have to be careful not to put it in too many napkins because little friends have a matte rubber texture to grab the napkins, meaning if you fill it all the way up you'll tear the ends of the napkins trying to pull them out. So I only put half in. This will mitigate the problem, but you'll end up with a small, sagging stack of tissues sooner than usual. If you care about these things, then this is not for you.
