Plastic cannot absorb heat. It breaks as soon as it gets warm!
Terrible! ALL the packs (like 10 or less) I've used broke even at low temperatures. I think this is a very tough type of plastic. How can I (waste of time) get it back? Do I have to pay? Many Thanks.
