I love this product. But it could have been better. My biggest complaint is that when you lift it by the handle, the flap bag balloons out and looks unattractive. This is made worse if you use the handle when the valve is loose. My only other real complaint is that the straps aren't removable. Doesn't break the deal but might be an easy way to please me. My final complaint (not really a complaint, just a mention): I wish the two zippered front pockets had more room for stuff. not because of lightning, otherwise I like the material. Very spacious. I've shown others that it's too heavy, but I think it's a healthy weight for what he can handle. It's not everything I wanted, but it's good enough that I don't have to return it. I hope this helped.
