When using for the first time, the handle needs to be turned a little to fit the brush. Don't be afraid to spin it until it's over and then quickly. After using this for about 4 days I noticed my teeth whitening a bit, it's hard to notice at first, I drink coffee and then wine at night so it's very hard on teeth. I will continue to use this daily until I can last longer. I am happy with this purchase.
