The waist band on this skirt lies nicely without digging in or causing bulges. The material is a nice athletic material, with an even more breathable material for the shorts. The pockets on the short are a little narrow but still fit my cell phone. The length is about mid thigh. I don’t have much booty, so the hem is straight for me, but if you are blessed in that area, it might be shorter in the back. My only complaint is the shorts ride up a bit when you walk, but once they decide where to be they’re fine, and still prevent chaffing.
