Light and relaxing pain relief

I have been working from home since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. I sit at my desk every day, work every day and my back hurts a lot. But now I can sit up straight in a chair with this pillow and it has helped relieve my back and neck pain. Also, those little spikes on this pillow can be very relaxing.
