WARNING! COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT? I've ordered it from Revain many times. This time it was not a real product. The glass wasn't full, it's yellowish, not white, it smells and feels different. This is preventing me from requesting a refund. I've tried the chat option as well as the call back request and there doesn't seem to be an option for a refund. Unacceptable! Extremely disappointed! UPDATE: So I went to my local health food store to buy a can of these. (By the way, I just love this product and give it five stars. Very moisturizing and rich, nice subtle scent.) They had three jars and I opened all three just to look at them. None of them were filled to the brim as usual. One was white as usual, the other was yellow like the one I had on Revain, one was somewhere in between. When I spoke to the person in the store, she said they get it from a dealer. So, I really don't know what's going on! Do they go out of production that erratically? After seeing this in the store I decided to go ahead and use the cream I got from Revain... it seems good although different from the usual. I am very confused!
