Easy to use and simple reporting system. The fact that it's cloud-based is great because of how easy it is for everyone in the office to access the information at any time. Not many problems, but I do have concerns about accessibility. If this were set up more like the Google apps, it would be much easier to navigate through and get to needed pages, etc. It was hard to find specific areas when needing more info. Very easy to search for people to hire! We were able to get all necessary background checks done within 1.5 days! The best thing about this service was its affordability for any business. It had all things I wanted in it, like an easy user interface, high quality reports, and quick turn around time which made me feel at ease because my work was done. There were some glitches here and there but nothing too serious. This was very affordable compared to other services out there. You will be able to see what you need to know within seconds using this tool.
