I bought this in 2018 and have used it several times. It's probably been 6 months since I've used it. I pulled it out today May 2nd 2021 and the wave and waterfall feature didn't work and the bubbles aren't that strong. About 20 minutes of soaking the waterfall/waves started to take effect (the bubbles didn't change). I've seen another reviewer mention the same thing (although I don't know if it's working again) so this might be a common problem. (mostly) lower without lifting. The remote control is convenient so you can operate it without bending down if you have mobility issues. Cons: It's deep so you have to sit at the right height in your hair. I use an adjustable office chair. You need something with a fill hose - I use my own shower hose. Or you can't pick it up when it's full. The hose can drain slowly. After it has drained a bit, I pick it up and pour it out. Heating: Do not pour cold water in the hope that this will heat it up. It will not. Put in hot water and it will hold the temperature.
