I really want you to like it! I don't know if I need to downsize - the left and right edges of the nipple are quite hard and feel very uncomfortable on the inside of my molars, they fit perfectly! I'd say it's still worth a try if you're looking for your first adult pacifier as it's one of the cheapest out there and can help you figure out what you need! I might try shaving the sides of the silicone if possible. Also, I don't like how thick and hard the plastic of the shield is, I think it's a REALLY strong hard plastic sheet.
